How does it work?

Once you purchase your 6-week support block, you will be added to a support area inside your Teachable account where you can ask your questions. Your messages go directly to Amy and will be answered as soon as possible - usually in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST).

Your 6 weeks begins on the date and time of your purchase. There is no pausing, or activating at a later date. So only purchase when you're ready to use it.

What types of questions can I ask?

In general, this is a support add-on for the Great at Procreate course. Your questions and requests should be related to the course content.

You are welcome to ask for clarification about ANYTHING inside the Great at Procreate course. For example:

  • Getting clarification any of the workflows and processes inside of the Great at Procreate course.
  • How to make a function or feature work for your own landscape design workflow, when it WAS taught in the course.
  • Questions related to any of the modules, downloads, templates, individual lessons, processes, etc. taught in Great at Procreate.
  • Requesting feedback or critiques on work you've done using the lessons or processes inside of Great at Procreate.

The following types of questions are not always possible for me to answer:

  • How to make a function or feature work for your own landscape design workflow, when it WAS NOT taught in the course.
  • How to accomplish X result in Procreate related to landscape design, when it WAS NOT taught in the course.
  • General Procreate questions not taught in the course.

Because these types of questions are not related to the course content, I will try to guide you to the best solution for you. There are times where I'll be able to answer these questions for you. But private one-on-one teaching of a new skill (not covered in the course) is out of the scope of what this is.

For example: You want support in learning how to make your own custom pattern stamp for a bluestone paver patio. Since this is not something that's taught in the course, I won't be able to support you on this (it's also a very advanced skill). I can, however, guide you to the process I recommend for creating hardscaping templates (which is covered inside of the course). I will even look at your templates and give you tips to improve them.

Does this include support on Procreate, in general (outside of the scope of the Great at Procreate course)?

No. Your questions should be related to the course curriculum inside the Great at Procreate course.

Can I purchase support if I haven't purchased the Great at Procreate course?

No. You must take my Great at Procreate course to be able to purchase additional blocks of support.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

Online course purchases from Pretty Purple Door always come with a 14-day money back guarantee (read terms here).

Support that's included with the Great at Procreate course cannot be separately refunded - even if you don't use the support. Should you request a refund for the course within the 14-day window, you will also lose access to support.

Since you're purchasing additional support (after already having access to support for 3 months) you already know what you're getting.

Therefore, there are no refunds on additional 6-week support packages - even if you don't use the support. So make sure you're ready to use it when you purchase.

How long does support last?

6 weeks from your date of purchase. At this time, you will automatically be removed from the support section. Once your support has ended, you can continue to purchase additional 6-week support blocks for $400 each.

Can I pause my support?

No. Once you purchase, it runs continuously for 6 weeks.

What if I need more time?

Once your support has ended, you can continue to purchase additional 6-week support blocks for $400 each. Once a 6-week support block expires, you can purchase another via this same page.
